"When will my order be delivered?"

All products will have an estimated delivery time on the product's individual page 

"What can I do if I am not satisfied with my order?"

We may not get it right 100% of the time but we do care about your user experience. If you are not satisfied with your order refer to our Exchange & Return Policy

"How can I track my order?"

You can track your order by using your tracking number in your confirmation email. You can also use our tracking system  to track your purchase by using your order number.

"When can I cancel my online order"

You are able to cancel your order anytime before the item has been processed or shipped out. If a tracking number has been generated, that means your item has been processed & ready to be shipped. At that point, you will be unable to cancel your order. Please look into our Exchange & Refund Policy

"How can I request a refund/exchange?"

Visit our page refunds/exchanges for our policy. or Contact a team member at our In House Location

"Where can I get discounts?"

You can become eligible for our discounts and rewards by signing up for our rewards program online. Need help? Contact a store member to help you with signing up.

"When will an out of stock item be restocked?"

Most items are limited so restocks may varied.

"When will my order be shipped out?" 

Processing usually takes 1-2 business days unless stated differently in the products description. Feel free to give us a call at any of our store locations.
