Estimated Delivery: Our Estimated Delivery feature allows customers to have a general idea of package arrival time before they purchase an item! Packages will generally arrive in between the time frame given or on the exact last date. Keep in mind that certain Holiday's may delay packages by 2-3 Business days! All packages will arrive during their estimated delivery

When can I cancel my online order? You are able to cancel your order anytime before the item has been processed or shipped out. If a tracking number has been generated, that means your item has been processed & ready to be shipped. At that point, you will be unable to cancel your order.
